Seleziona erbe aromatiche fresche e pulite: rosmarino, timo, basilico e prezzemolo. Asciugale con carta assorbente per eliminare l'umidità in eccesso.

In una piccola pentola, versa l'olio extravergine di oliva e riscaldalo a fuoco basso fino a circa 50°C (non deve fumare).
