Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Pulisci le ostriche e mettile in una pentola con acqua. Porta a ebollizione, poi scola e lascia raffreddare. Apri il guscio superiore di ogni ostrica.

In una padella, scalda un cucchiaio di olio e aggiungi gli spinaci. Cuoci fino a appassirli e mettili da parte.
