Cuocere i ceci spezzati in pentola a pressione con 80ml di acqua per 10 minuti, poi depressurizzare naturalmente.

Nel frattempo, scottare gli spinaci freschi in acqua salata bollente per 20 secondi, poi immergere in acqua ghiacciata e frullare fino a ottenere una purea liscia.
