In una ciotola, mescola 25g di farina di mandorle, 15g di proteine in polvere vaniglia, 1/4 cucchiaino di lievito, 1 pizzico di bicarbonato e sale.

In una seconda ciotola, sbatti insieme 80ml di yogurt greco 0%, 1 uovo intero e 15ml di latte scremato fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versa i liquidi nei secchi e mescola delicatamente con una spatola fino a ottenere un impasto con pochi grumi; aggiungi 40g di mirtilli freschi.
