In una ciotola, combina 40g di farina di avena, 30g di proteine in polvere alla vaniglia, 10g di semi di chia, 1 uovo intero, 5ml di olio di cocco, 80ml di latte di mandorla senza zucchero, 1g di sale e 1g di lievito in polvere.
