In una ciotola, mescolare le farine di riso, soia e mandorle con le proteine in polvere, il psyllio e il sale fino a ottenere un mix omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, sciogliere il lievito di birra secco nell'acqua tiepida e aggiungere lo yogurt greco, mescolando bene.

Unire il composto liquido agli ingredienti secchi e impastare fino a formare un impasto denso e omogeneo.

Trasferire l'impasto in uno stampo rivestito di carta forno e coprire con un canovaccio. Lasciare lievitare per 20 minuti in un luogo caldo.
