In una ciotola, sciogli il lievito di birra nell'acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per 5 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina integrale, il sale e l'olio. Aggiungi l'albume e lo yogurt.

Versa il composto di lievito nel mix di farine e impasta fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
