Riscalda l'olio in una pentola grande a fuoco medio. Aggiungi la cipolla, carota e sedano finemente tritati, lascia dorare per 3 minuti.

Unisci il rosmarino fresco e mescola per 30 secondi per liberare gli aromi.

Aggiungi 150 g di ceci e schiaccia leggermente con il dorso del cucchiaio per rompere una parte dei legumi e ispessire il brodo.

Versa l'acqua salata e porta a ebollizione. Fai bollire per 5 minuti.

Aggiungi la pasta integrale e i ceci rimasti, mescola bene. Fai cuocere il tempo indicato sulla confezione della pasta (circa 12 minuti).

A 2 minuti dalla fine della cottura, aggiungi i pomodori ciliegia tagliati a metà.

Sciogli l'albume in polvere con 2 cucchiai d'acqua tiepida e versalo nel piatto mentre mescoli energicamente, per aumentare la consistenza proteica senza pesantezza.
