Preriscalda il forno a 200°C e prepara uno stampo per muffin, ungendo leggermente con spray d'olio.

Stendi la pasta sfoglia integrale e ritaglia un dischetto di circa 10 cm di diametro. Posizionalo nello stampo, creando un cestino.
