Tosta i semi di sesamo in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per circa 3-4 minuti, finché non diventano dorati.

In una ciotola, unisci i semi tostati, le noci tritate, le albicocche secche, il miele, il succo di limone, la cannella e il sale.

Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e leggermente appiccicoso.

Trasferisci il composto su un foglio di carta forno e livellalo con il dorso di un cucchiaio bagnato, creando uno spessore di circa 1 cm.

Lascia raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per 15 minuti, poi taglia in barrette da circa 30g.
