Soffriggi 50g di carne macinata magra in padella antiaderente con aglio, soffritto (1 cucchiaio) e spezie (origano, ricao) per 6 minuti fino a cottura.

Aggiungi 3 cucchiai di sugo di pomodoro, 2 olive denocciolate e cuoci a fuoco lento per 4 minuti.

Nel frattempo friggi leggermente 80g di platani affettati sottili in olio EVO spray (2 minuti per lato).

Monta 1 uovo + 40g yogurt greco 0% con sale fino: versa il composto su uno strato di platani in pirofila monoporzione, aggiungi ragù, 30g fagiolini cotti, platani rimasti.

Inforna a 180°C per 12-14 minuti fino a doratura.

Completa con 20g mozzarella a filamenti, gratina 2 minuti.
