Method

In una ciotola, unisci 40g di yogurt greco con 10g di eritritolo e la buccia grattugiata di limone, mescolando fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.

Aggiungi 30g di farina di avena e un pizzico di sale, quindi impasta fino a formare un panetto. Avvolgi il panetto in pellicola e mettilo in frigorifero per 30 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, amalgama 60g di ricotta light con 15g di eritritolo. Mescola bene per ottenere una crema omogenea.

Aggiungi 1 uovo, il cedro candito e l'acqua di fiori d'arancio, mescolando fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.

Riprendi il panetto dal frigorifero e stendilo tra due fogli di carta da forno fino a uno spessore di circa 3mm.

Posiziona la base di frolla in uno stampo monoporzione, versa il ripieno di ricotta e livella bene.
