Method

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, la farina d'avena, il lievito, i semi di anice e il sale. Mescola bene.

In un'altra ciotola, monta lo yogurt greco con il miele fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungi le uova e la scorza di limone, mescolando bene.

Aggiungi gradualmente il mix di farine al composto umido, mescolando fino a ottenere un impasto liscio.

Versa il composto in uno stampo da plumcake rivestito di carta forno.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 40 minuti, o fino a quando uno stecchino inserito al centro esce pulito.

Lascia raffreddare nello stampo per 10 minuti, poi sforma e lascia raffreddare completamente su una griglia.
