Precalda il forno a 200°C. Taglia i peperoni a metà per il lungo, elimina i semi e le membrane interne.

Posiziona i mezzi peperoni con la parte interna rivolta verso l'alto su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.

In una ciotola, schiaccia il tonno sgocciolato con una forchetta, quindi aggiungi i capperi tritati finemente e i filetti di acciuga dissalati e spezzettati.

Monda l'aglio, tritalo molto finemente e incorporalo al composto di tonno insieme a 15 ml di olio e il prezzemolo.

Regola di sale e pepe: ricorda che capperi e acciughe sono già salati.

Riempi generosamente le cavità dei peperoni con il paté, distribuiscilo in modo uniforme.
