Preriscalda il forno a 200°C.

In una ciotola, unisci la salsa BBQ, la salsa di soia, l'aceto di mele, l'eritritolo, la senape in polvere, l'aglio in polvere, la cipolla in polvere e la paprika affumicata, mescolando bene.

Adagia il petto di pollo in una teglia e versa metà della salsa preparata sopra.

Cuoci in forno per circa 20 minuti, girando il pollo a metà cottura per una doratura uniforme.
