In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale con i fiocchi di avena, il lievito e il sale.

Aggiungi l'acqua e 1 cucchiaio di olio extravergine di oliva, impastando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Copri l'impasto con un canovaccio e lascia lievitare per 1 ora in un luogo caldo.

Nel frattempo, prepara il ripieno: in una padella, scalda l'olio rimanente e aggiungi i pomodorini tagliati a metà, i capperi e le olive. Cuoci per 10 minuti.

Aggiungi il tonno sgocciolato alla padella, mescola bene e lascia raffreddare.

Una volta lievitato, stendi l'impasto su un piano infarinato e trasferiscilo in una teglia rotonda (Ø 26 cm) unta.

Versare il ripieno sulla base e coprire con un'altra sfoglia di impasto.

Sigilla i bordi e fai dei piccoli fori sulla superficie per la fuoriuscita del vapore.
