Preriscalda il forno a 190°C e fodera uno stampo da plumcake (28 cm) con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, sbatti gli albumi fino a ottenere una schiuma leggera e setosa.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola l'olio di cocco fuso con lo yogurt greco e l'estratto di vaniglia.
