Method

Scaldare 5ml di olio EVO in una pentola a fuoco medio. Aggiungere cipolla e aglio tritati, rosolare per 3 minuti fino a profumazione.

Aggiungere 150g di petto e coscia di pollo magra tagliata a dadini, insieme a 30g di chorizo di Bilbao a fettine sottili; condire con sale e pepe e sfumare 2 minuti.

Coprire con 300ml di brodo vegetale leggero e portare a bolla; cuocere coperto per 8 minuti fino a cottura del pollo.

Aggiungere 80g di cavolo cappuccio tritato, 100g di pomodori freschi a dadini e 60g di ceci lessati; mescolare bene.

Proseguire la cottura coperto per 5 minuti fino a che il cavolo risulti appassito. Servire caldo.
