Method

In un mixer, unire aceto di sidro di mele, olio d'oliva, uovo, sale, paprika, pepe, aglio in polvere, cipolla in polvere e rosmarino; frullare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versare la marinata in un sacchetto di plastica richiudibile e aggiungere i petti di pollo. Assicurarsi che siano ben ricoperti dalla marinata, eliminare l'aria in eccesso e sigillare il sacchetto. Lasciare marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.

Accendere la griglia a fuoco medio-alto e ungere leggermente la griglia con un po' d'olio.

Rimuovere i petti di pollo dal sacchetto e asciugarli delicatamente con carta assorbente, conservando la marinata.

Posizionare i petti di pollo sulla griglia calda e cuocere per circa 5-6 minuti per lato, spennellando con la marinata durante la cottura.

Continuare a cuocere fino a quando il pollo è ben dorato e la carne non è più rosea al centro, circa 15-20 minuti in totale. Lasciare riposare per 5 minuti prima di affettare e servire.
