Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio di oliva e rosolare il petto di pollo per 5-6 minuti fino a doratura.

Togliere il pollo e nella stessa padella aggiungere la cipolla rossa e l'aglio tritati, soffriggendo per 3 minuti.

Aggiungere i pomodori freschi, i peperoni gialli a cubetti, il peperoncino fresco, l'origano e il cumino; mescolare e cuocere per 7-8 minuti.

Rimettere il pollo nella padella, coprire e cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per 15 minuti.

Sfilacciare il pollo con due forchette e mescolare bene con il sugo.
