In una ciotola, unisci il macinato di tacchino, le mandorle tritate, la cipolla rossa tritata finemente, l'uovo, lo yogurt greco, il sale, il pepe e la paprika, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Forma un polpettone compatto e modellalo con le mani.

Riscalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio e cuoci il polpettone per circa 10 minuti, girandolo delicatamente per dorarlo uniformemente.

In una ciotola a parte, mescola la farina di cocco con il latte di mandorla fino a ottenere un composto liscio.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco al composto di farina di cocco e mescola bene per creare una salsa cremosa.
