Rosolare in padella a fuoco medio-alto 100g di macinato misto (maiale e manzo) per 4-5 minuti fino a doratura, sgrassare.

Mescolare la carne cotta con 60g di purè di cavolfiore, 1/4 di cucchiaino di noce moscata, sale e pepe.

Preparare la base croccante mescolando 25g di mandorle macinate, 15g di parmigiano grattugiato, 1 tuorlo e un pizzico di sale, pressare in una piccola tortiera (15cm).

Versare il ripieno di carne nel fondo di mandorle.

Cuocere a 190°C per 12-15 minuti fino a doratura della carne in superficie.

Lasciar riposare 2 minuti e servire.
