Cuoci le patate in acqua bollente fino a quando sono tenere, quindi scolale, lasciale raffreddare e sbucciale.

Cuoci la quinoa in acqua salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione, quindi scolala e lasciala raffreddare.

In una ciotola capiente, schiaccia le patate e aggiungi la quinoa cotta, il garam masala, la curcuma, i semi di cumino, il sale, il pepe e il prezzemolo. Se desideri, aggiungi anche l'uovo per legare il tutto.
