Tritare finemente le mandorle in un mixer fino a ottenere una farina grossolana.

In una ciotola, unire le mandorle tritate con lo yogurt greco, l'eritritolo, il cacao amaro, il latte di mandorla e la vaniglia, mescolando bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
