Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C. Foderrare una piccola pirofila (20x15 cm) con carta da forno.

Disporre le fette di pane integrale leggermente sovrapposte sul fondo della pirofila.

In una ciotola, sbattere le uova intere con il miele, aggiungere il latte scremato e la bevanda di mandorla, mescolare bene. Aggiungere vaniglia, cannella e noce moscata.

Versare il composto sulle fette di pane e lasciare assorbire per 15 minuti.

Trasferire la pirofila in forno e cuocere per 30-35 minuti, fino a quando la superficie è dorata e il centro è saldo.

Nel frattempo, in un pentolino a fuoco medio, riscaldare i frutti di bosco con il succo d'arancia per 5 minuti, fino a ottenere una salsa leggera e consistente.
