Inizia tritando finemente i peperoni rossi e la cipolla. Scalda l'olio d'oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio.

Aggiungi le verdure e rosolale per 5 minuti, mescolando fino a quando la cipolla diventa trasparente.
