Condire il pollo (90g) con la spezia fajita (2g) e grigliare in padella antiaderente 4-5 minuti per lato fino a doratura.

In un'altra padella con 5ml di olio EVO rosolare peperoni (60g) e cipolla (30g) per 8 minuti fino a tenerezza.

Assemblare la tortilla proteica (35g): stendere il ripieno di pollo e verdure su metà superficie, aggiungere formaggio cheddar ridotto (20g) e un pizzico di crispy bacon (3g).
