Cuoci a vapore il cavolfiore per circa 5 minuti fino a renderlo tenero, poi scolalo e tritalo finemente per ottenere una consistenza simile al riso.

In una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio, aggiungi l'aglio e la cipolla rossa tritata e soffriggi per 2 minuti.

Unisci il cavolfiore tritato e mescola per altri 3-4 minuti, aggiungendo un pizzico di eritritolo se desideri un tocco di dolcezza.
