Sciacquare gli shirataki sotto acqua corrente e scaldarli in acqua calda per 5 minuti. Scolarli e asciugarli.

Tagliare la patata dolce a fette sottili. In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio EVO a fuoco medio-alto e rosolare le fette di patata dolce per 3-4 minuti per lato fino a doratura.

Aggiungere gli shirataki nella padella sopra le fette di patata, cospargere con cumino e sale, mescolando delicatamente.

Ridurre il fuoco a medio-basso, coprire con un coperchio e cuocere per 10 minuti.
