Sciacquare la quinoa sotto acqua corrente, quindi cuocerla in una pentola con il brodo vegetale, seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Di solito ci vogliono circa 15-20 minuti per cuocerla fino a quando è tenera e il liquido è assorbito.
