Scaldare 1 cucchiaio d'olio EVO in padella a fuoco medio.

Tostare semi di cumino e senape fino a quando iniziano a 'ballare' (1-2 minuti), aggiungere coriandolo, curcuma e peperoncino rosso; cuocere 1 minuto.
