In una ciotola, unire il petto di pollo cotto e tritato con la ricotta light, l'albume, sale, pepe ed erbe aromatiche, mescolando bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, mescolare la farina di ceci con lo yogurt greco e un po' d'acqua, fino a formare un impasto morbido.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta da forno per ottenere una sfoglia sottile.

Con un coppapasta, ricavare 4-5 dischetti e posizionare un cucchiaino di ripieno al centro di ogni dischetto.

Chiudere i dischetti piegandoli a metà e premere i bordi per sigillare.

Disporre i salatini su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 15 minuti.
