Method

In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale con lo yogurt greco e l'acqua fino a ottenere un impasto liscio. Copri e lascia riposare per 15 minuti.

In una padella, scalda un filo d'olio e rosola la cipolla fino a doratura. Aggiungi il pollo tritato e cuoci fino a quando non è ben cotto.

Unisci la carota e la zucchina grattugiate, poi aggiungi curcuma, paprika, garam masala, sale e pepe. Mescola e cuoci per altri 5 minuti, quindi lascia raffreddare.

Dividi l'impasto in porzioni e stendile in cerchi sottili. Riempi i cerchi con il ripieno di pollo e chiudi a forma di triangolo, sigillando bene i bordi.

Spennella i samosas con un po' d'olio e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 15-20 minuti, fino a doratura.
