Method

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Pulire i calamari, rimuovendo eventuali residui e sciacquarli sotto acqua fredda. Asciugarli con un panno.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio d'oliva e aggiungere l'aglio tritato. Far rosolare per un minuto, poi unire gli spinaci e cuocere fino a che non si saranno appassiti.

In una ciotola, mescolare la quinoa cotta, gli spinaci, i pomodorini, la paprika, il sale e il pepe.

Utilizzare un cucchiaio per riempire i calamari con il composto di quinoa, lasciando un po' di spazio all'estremità per evitare che esplodano durante la cottura.

Disporre i calamari ripieni in una teglia e versare la salsa di pomodoro sopra. Aggiungere il succo di limone.

Coprire con un foglio di alluminio e cuocere in forno per 30 minuti. Rimuovere il foglio e continuare la cottura per altri 10 minuti fino a dorare leggermente.
