Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia con carta forno.

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con le proteine in polvere fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Aggiungi la farina d'avena, il lievito, la curcuma, le erbe aromatiche e il sale; amalgama bene fino a formare un impasto coeso.

Su un piano leggermente infarinato, stendi l'impasto fino a 1,5 cm di spessore e ricava uno scone circolare di circa 6 cm di diametro.
