Method

Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Taglia i peperoni a listarelle e il cipollotto finemente.

In una padella antiaderente con 10 ml di olio, rosola il cipollotto per 2 minuti a fuoco medio, quindi aggiungi i peperoni tagliati e cuoci per 8-10 minuti mescolando, fino a che non risulteranno morbidi e leggermente caramellati.

Stendi la pasta sfoglia integrale su carta forno e trasferiscila in una tortiera da 24 cm, creando un bordo di circa 2 cm.

In una ciotola, mescola la ricotta magra con le uova, il parmigiano grattugiato, paprika, sale e pepe fino a ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo.

Distribuisci i peperoni caramellati sulla sfoglia, poi versa il composto di ricotta in modo uniforme.

Cuoci in forno a 200°C per 20-25 minuti, fino a che la superficie risulterà leggermente dorata e l'impasto sarà cotto al centro.
