Method

In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con la farina di mandorle, sale, pepe e una spolverata di noce moscata fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Cuoci il merluzzo in acqua bollente salata per circa 8 minuti, poi scolalo e sminuzzalo, incorporandolo al composto di yogurt e farina di mandorle.

Monta l'albume a neve ferma e uniscilo delicatamente al composto di merluzzo, facendo attenzione a non smontarlo.

Versa il composto in uno stampo per sformato (250 ml) e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 20-25 minuti, fino a doratura.

Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa: rosola l'aglio e la cipolla tritati in un cucchiaio d'olio per 3 minuti, aggiungi i pomodori pelati, l'origano, sale e pepe, e cuoci a fuoco lento per 10 minuti.
