In una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto, rosolare 100g di manzo tritato magro con cipolla tritata (30g) per 5-6 minuti fino a doratura, sgrassare se necessario.

Aggiungere 50g di piselli surgelati scongelati, 1 cucchiaio di salsa worcester, 1 cucchiaino di ketchup senza zucchero, mezzo spicchio d'aglio tritato finemente e salare; cuocere coperto a fuoco medio-basso per 3 minuti.

Sciogliere 1/2 cucchiaino di maizena in 3 cucchiai d'acqua fredda con 1/4 di dado di brodo magro, versare nel composto, portare a ebollizione e cuocere 2 minuti fino a inspessimento.

Aggiungere 2 cucchiai di yogurt greco 0% fuori dal fuoco, mescolare delicatamente.

Trasferire in una piccola pirofila, coprire con 80g di purè di cavolfiore cotto al vapore e frullato (preparato aggiungendo 1 cucchiaio di latte scremato), spargere 20g di cheddar grattugiato light.

Gratinare in forno a 200°C per 5-7 minuti fino a doratura del formaggio.
