Mescola 40g di farina di mandorle, 15g di avena istantanea, 15g di proteine in polvere, 2g di lievito istantaneo e 1g di sale in una ciotola.

Aggiungi 90ml di acqua tiepida e 5ml di olio EVO, impasta per 3-4 minuti fino a ottenere un impasto liscio e coesivo.

Forma una palla, coprila con pellicola e lascia riposare 10 minuti a temperatura ambiente.

Stendi l'impasto in un disco sottile, riempi con 120g di petto di pollo sbriciolato condito con salsa di soia light, aglio e peperoncino, chiudi sigillando i bordi.

Posiziona il siopao su carta forno e cuoci a vapore per 15 minuti.
