Method

Preriscalda il forno a 190°C. Taglia la zucca spaghetti a metà nel senso della lunghezza e rimuovi i semi. Posiziona le metà nella teglia con il lato tagliato rivolto verso il basso e aggiungi un po' d'acqua. Copri con un foglio di alluminio e inforna per 25-30 minuti, finché la zucca risulta tenera.

Nel frattempo, in una padella antiaderente, cuoci il pollo macinato con la cipolla tritata, il peperone a cubetti e l'aglio schiacciato fino a quando il pollo è cotto e le verdure sono morbide, circa 5-7 minuti. Scola l'eventuale grasso in eccesso.

Aggiungi i pomodori pelati, l'origano, sale e pepe nella padella. Mescola bene e cuoci per altri 5 minuti per far insaporire il tutto.

Una volta cotta la zucca, estraila dal forno, lascia raffreddare per qualche minuto e poi con una forchetta stacca i filamenti di zucca.

Unisci i filamenti di zucca al composto di pollo e verdure nella padella. Mescola bene e trasferisci il tutto in una teglia da forno leggera.

Cospargi la superficie con il formaggio grattugiato e inforna per altri 15 minuti, fino a quando il formaggio è dorato.

Guarnisci con prezzemolo fresco e servi caldo.
