Prepara la salsa satay: mescola 15g di burro di arachidi naturale con 5ml di salsa di soia, succo di mezzo lime (15ml), 2g di miele, un pizzico di paprika affumicata e 2-3 gocce di tabasco.

Taglia 120g di petto di pollo magro in cubetti uniformi, immergi nella marinata massaggiando bene e lascia riposare 20 minuti.

Prepara le verdure crude: taglia 40g di carota in julienne sottile, 50g di zucchina in sottili listarelle e 15g di cipollotto in sottili anelli.

Infila i cubetti di pollo su 2 piccoli stuzzicadenti di bambù bagnati.

Cuoci gli spiedini su una piastra/griglia antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto per 12-14 minuti, girandoli ogni 3 minuti fino a doratura uniforme.

Componi il piatto: adagia le verdure crude condite con 5ml di olio extravergine d'oliva e 5ml di aceto di riso, disponi gli spiedini sopra e guarnisci con coriandolo fresco tritato.
