In una casseruola, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata e l'aglio schiacciato. Fai soffriggere per circa 3 minuti fino a quando non diventano trasparenti.

Aggiungi il petto di pollo macinato e rosola per 5 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto fino a quando non è ben cotto.

Unisci la carota grattugiata e il cavolo cappuccio tagliato a strisce. Mescola bene e lascia cuocere per 5 minuti.

Versa i pomodori pelati schiacciati e aggiusta di sale, pepe e paprika dolce. Copri e lascia cuocere a fuoco lento per 20 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto, finché il cavolo non diventa tenero.
