Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. Stendi la pasta sfoglia integrale su una superficie leggermente infarinata e tagliala in 8 rettangoli uguali.

Posiziona i rettangoli su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, distanziandoli tra loro. Inforna per 15 minuti fino a doratura.

Nel frattempo, in una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con il miele, l'estratto di vaniglia, l'amido di mais e un pizzico di sale. Amalgama bene fino ad ottenere una crema liscia.
