In una ciotola, unire la farina di mandorle, l'albume d'uovo, l'amido di mais, il sale e la paprika affumicata, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno fino a uno spessore di circa 2mm.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 8-10 minuti, finché la sfoglia risulta dorata.
