Tritare finemente il cavolfiore e cuocerlo a vapore per circa 5 minuti finché non diventa tenero; poi frullarlo fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio EVO e rosolare il pollo a pezzi per 5-6 minuti, fino a doratura.
