In una ciotola, unisci la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, l'uovo e l'acqua. Impasta fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Trasferisci l'impasto su un piano da lavoro infarinato e lavoralo fino a formare una palla liscia.

In una padella, scalda l'olio e rosola l'aglio tritato. Aggiungi il petto di pollo tagliato a cubetti e cuoci fino a doratura.
