Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina integrale con il lievito. Aggiungere lo yogurt greco, il miele e l'olio di cocco fuso. Mescolare fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto in una teglia da crostata leggermente unta e bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 15 minuti, fino a doratura.

Lasciare raffreddare la base della crostata. Nel frattempo, preparare la crema di yogurt mescolando lo yogurt con l'estratto di vaniglia e un cucchiaio di miele, se desiderato.

Versare la crema di yogurt sulla base della crostata e decorare con la frutta fresca scelta.
