Tagliate i pomodori a metà, privateli dei semi e dell'eccesso di liquido con un cucchiaio, quindi tagliate la polpa in piccoli cubetti regolari.

Pulite il peperone, eliminate semi e membrane interne, tagliate in brunoise (piccoli dadi).

Affettate finemente lo scalogno e lasciatelo riposare in acqua fredda per 5 minuti per attenuare la piccantezza.
