Method

In una padella antiaderente, sciogliere il burro a fuoco medio e aggiungere la stevia. Mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Disporre gli spicchi di mela nel composto di burro e stevia, cospargere con la cannella e cuocere per circa 10 minuti finché le mele non saranno morbide e caramellate.

Nel frattempo, in una ciotola, mescolare la farina integrale, il lievito, l'olio di cocco, l'uovo e lo yogurt greco fino a ottenere un impasto liscio.

Versare l'impasto sopra le mele nella padella e livellarlo.

Cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per 10 minuti, quindi trasferire la padella in forno preriscaldato a 180°C e cuocere per altri 20 minuti.

Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare per 5 minuti, poi capovolgere su un piatto per servire.
