Ungere una teglia in silicone (24x10 cm) con olio di girasole e tenere da parte.

Tostare leggermente le nocciole in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per 3-4 minuti, mescolando frequentemente, quindi tritarle grossolanamente.

In un pentolino, riscaldare il miele a fuoco medio con il burro e il succo di limone, mescolando costantemente per 2-3 minuti fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e fluido.

In una ciotola, mescolare le mandorle, le nocciole tritate e le proteine in polvere.

Aggiungere il composto di miele al mix di frutta secca e proteine, amalgamando velocemente e bene con un cucchiaio di legno fino a distribuire in modo uniforme.

Trasferire immediatamente sulla teglia preparata, stendendo il composto in maniera omogenea e premendo leggermente con il dorso di un cucchiaio umido per livellare la superficie.

Lasciare raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per almeno 30 minuti, poi in frigorifero per 1 ora.

Estrarre dalla teglia, tagliare in 10 strisce lunghe (circa 2 cm di larghezza) e poi dividere ogni striscia a metà, ottenendo 20 pezzi.

Conservare in un contenitore ermetico in frigorifero per massimo 2 settimane o a temperatura ambiente (asciutto) per 5 giorni.
